Mr. Bell was the president and owner of Bellbrook Fence Co., which was founded in 1965 by his father, Carroll ���Bud��� Bell. He was a member of the James P. Bell American Fence Association and formerly served on its board of directors. Mr. Bell was preceded in death by his father, and is survived by his wife of 40 years, Suzanna (Stefan) Bell; mother, Helen M. Bell; children, Jeffrey D. and wife Karen Bell, Jenny Bell, Tim and wife Tricia Bell, and Julie E. and husband Kenny Streck; grandchildren, Tyler, Andy, Matthew, Madelyn, Sophia, Collin, Jack, Joseph, Olivia; sisters, Nanci and husband Larry Keeton, Karen L. and husband Danny Collins; brothers, Michael L. and wife Karen Bell, David E. and wife Debby Bell; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was a 1971 graduate of Beavercreek High School, and a member of the Beavercreek Knights of Columbus. ���Tsunami��� of federal regulations set to hit Capitol Connect is an extremely informative newsletter published by CM Services, Inc., the management partner of the American Fence Association. Capitol Connect provides insider insights on issues important to members of CM Services���s association partners. According to the current editon of the newsletter, a ���tsunami��� of new regulations from Washington, D.C. is set to descend on American businesses. ���The second Obama administra- tion will see a flood of federal regulations and executive orders as the White House attempts to achieve through its executive powers what it cannot do through legislation,��� the newsletter reports. Capitol Connect states that there are nearly 6,000 proposed new rules in the pipeline, according to the federal web site that tracks pending federal rules, www.regulations.gov.
