Source: Wells Fargo Securities LLC Wall Street Journal takes the Polaris Slingshot for a ride The Wall Street Journal's Rumble Seat columnist Dan Neil recently test rode the Polaris Slingshot, and his review was recently posted on WSJ.com. In his column, Neil calls the Slingshot "basically the front half of the defunct Pon- tiac Solstice and the back half of a cruiser bike." While he later writes, "As a motoring enthusiast, I'm inclined to give the Slingshot SL some love. Why? Because it handles like a Formula Ford (small, open-wheel, amateur racer, neither wings nor slicks) with power steering and a deranged rear end. So it's fun." RECORD SALES FOR OEM DURING FIRST 9 MONTHS OF YEAR Mattinghofen, Austria-based KTM AG sold 115,731 KTM and Husqvarna motorcycles during the first three months of the year to post record sales and revenue results. Unit sales rose 29.1 percent, with revenue of 664.8 million, up 20.4 percent compared to the 2013 period.
