Tillers using the medium transmission have less bulk, making them easier to use in smaller places, while retaining the power to work heavy soils and pull attachments, thereby making them Maxim's most popular homeowner units. Heat-treated, welded slasher tines offer speeds up to 78 rpm. Standard features include a 14- or 26- inch tilling width, tubular steel handles and a stamped hitch with lighter drag stake. The MS50NB is powered by a 127-cc Briggs & Stratton engine. Maxim, a brand of Great Northern Equipment RAMROD Model 3300 mini skid loader with Erskine's mini trencher attachment RAMROD Equipment now offers Erskine's mini trencher attachment to complement the RAMROD mini skid loader lineup. The trencher is available with a 6- or 8-inch trencher chain that comes loaded with 50/50 cups, clearing the trench for the cutting teeth and additional frost bullets. Erskine's mini trencher attachment has the ability to cut through frost, shale, rock, gravel and more, while still remaining sharp with its carbide-treated cutting edges. The RAMROD Model 3300 mini skid loader and Erskine's mini trencher form a perfect pair, ideal for any construction or irrigation project. Leon Mfg. Co. Inc. & RAMROD Equipment Steiner trencher As one of many attachments for the powerful and versatile Steiner 440 tractor, the Steiner trencher may be used to dig precise trenches quickly. It can cut as deep as 28 inches, and it features an easy-to-see depth indicator gauge, so the operator is always in control from a sitting position. The Steiner trencher has a standard cutting width of 5-1/2 inches but can also dig as narrow as 4-3/4 inches. Its precise width and depth make it ideal for installing lighting, irrigation and pet fences, as well as aiding in other landscape renovation projects. And with a 550-feet-per-minute chain speed, it can power through tough terrain with ease. Steiner/Schiller Grounds Care, Inc.
