On May 17, 2012, the company celebrated the occasion at the Iron Cac- tus Mexican Grill and Margarita Bar on the rooftop patio in downtown Dallas with its employees and their significant others. Following an evening of festiv- ities, an employee appreciation day in- cluded company-sponsored events such as golf, pistol shooting at the gun range and relaxation at the spa. There was a good reason for the action. You can't post "Thou Shalt Not Steal, Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery, and Thou Shalt Not Lie" in a building full of lawyers and politicians without creating a hostile work environment.
