WELCOME: CONT. FROM PAGE 2 fraternal spirit that demonstrates the Corporal Works of Mercy and a willingness to serve the Lord. The current NCSF Board continues to assess and evaluate the Society's position in the fraternal world and determine what can help us become more productive, increase our membership and strengthen the leadership in the Home Office. Board members who attended the Governance Workshop at the American Fraternal Alliance Conference learned that many fraternal societies are choosing to hire professionals to run the business side of their companies. We as board members are exploring all the options and how they might impact the way we operate. It is imperative that we remain competitive, thus we have to remain open to new ideas and new ways of thinking. We have established board committees for sales and marketing as well as to examine personnel matters. Growth and success are our guidelines as we remain committed to the fraternal spirit of service and building up the Body of Christ. NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT MARGARET SCHMITT MEMBERSHIP It is a real joy to be able to recognize our long-time members. We congratulate and thank them with the awards shown for their many years of membership. PRIDE IN Our TWENTY-FIVE AND FIFTY-YEAR MEMBERSHIP PINS can be worn to court events or any occasion to show pride in being an NCSF member.
