Attendees will receive a self-study guide on CD to help successfully pass the examina- tions. • Sales Training School (STS). Day 1, Tuesday, March 4, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Sales Training School is designed for fence, deck and railing industry salespeople, managers and owners. At- tendees will learn proven techniques from top industry sales experts. This is a three part school where you will learn the five modules that make up the consultative selling technique pro- gram: • The Fundamentals of Buying and Selling. • Positive Openings and Identify- ing Opportunities and Needs. • Probing and Listening. • Product/Feature/Benefit Support. • Closing Techniques. Day 2, Wednesday, March 5, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Continue with modules that make up the consultative selling technique program. Also take part in an interac- tive workshop on demonstrating your newly learned selling techniques and role playing. Day 3, Thursday, March 6, 8 a.m.–9:30 a.m. Conclude the sales training with a review of the overall course followed by the exam.
