The acquisition will allow Bar- rette to expand their manufacturing and logistics presence within a strate- gic manufacturing and marketing lo- cation, the company said. In turn, Alumi-Guard will benefit from Barrette's manufacturing and capital infrastructure and resources in order to pursue their rapid growth plans. (Alumi-Guard photos) Michigan Chapter loses long-time friend, supporter Dick Fromm of the Michigan Chapter AFA reports the death of longtime friend and supporter Don Krumm of Per- fect Fence Company, Grawn, Michigan. Mr. Krumm passed away on December 11, 2013, and is survived by his wife, Jackie, and twin sons, Richard and Robert Krumm. "Don taught his sons how to fence and was still very much involved at the company until last year," said Fromm. "He spent 50 years at Perfect Fence Company. He was kind-hearted, hard working and genuine and will be greatly missed by all who had the opportunity to get to know him throughout the years," said Fromm.
