58 nOctober 2016n www.thunderpress.net THUNDER PRESS FOR SALE 2003 Lincoln Town Car H-D Limo Mint condition 150,000 miles $20,000 Call 720-217-3411 for more info Saturday was much the same. People signed up for a ride or just hung around Lone Wolf and played games. Saturday night's dinner, catered by Settler's Creek, was chicken and prime rib with all of the fi xings. Between dinner and the entertainment starting, we had a visit by a Honda rider. He, of course, was met with nearly 3,000 water balloons sailing through the air at him. No worries; Honda Man as we call him, does this for fun. He rides in a large coned-off area as he taunts the rally participants, who in turn grab handfuls of water balloons and throw them at him. The laughs grew louder as more balloons were thrown. This is one part of the rally that everyone enjoys. The Saturday night entertainment was Donnie Emerson & Nancy Sophia Band. These guys know how to rock a crowd. They played a wide variety of music and the dance area stayed busy. In the back part of the seating area sev- eral fi re pits were set up and s'mores were created and enjoyed. This was the time that the raffl e prizes were won. There were a total of 16 prizes worth around $200 each. Everyone that partic- ipated in events or rides got some raffl e tickets. Several tickets were given out just because it looked like people were just plain enjoying themselves. The two big prizes were a Pacifi c Northwest H.O.G. Rally Buck Knife and a GoPro combined with a Harley-Davidson gift card worth $300 for a total value of $800. The winners of those two prizes were randomly drawn by a computer from all of the names of the rally par- ticipants. After the raffl es, prizes and, of course, the 50/50 were done we just rocked the party until 11:00. A huge thank you goes out to all of the participants and to the many people who volunteered their time to make this rally happen. 4 Waitress bike game—One of the many bike games played during the rally (L.–r.)
