A larger piston diameter combined with tighter tolerances for improved stability, direct chain oiling and an increase in the thickness of the shoe material for extended wear has resulted in a super- lative option for Twin Cams dating back to 1999. Priced at $129.95 for the kit, which includes mounting hardware, this is a bolt-in operation for 2006– later Dyna models and 2007–later Big Twins. For earlier models, a conv er- sion upgrade requires the installation of the S&S TC3 Cam Plate and TC3 Oil Pump Kit (sold separately). The 6-bolt diaphragm clutch confi guration is newly developed, providing a more positive feel along with an improved appearance. Supplied with a 52-69 tooth pulley combination, the kit is equipped with BDL's patented Ball Bearing Pressure Plate which, when combined with the enhanced spring and collar, provides a more positive lockup for big-inch torque monsters. The front pulley and spring collar have match- ing machined patterns with a beveled angle cut and counter bore on the front pulley for visual delight. Audio Music and Communications Kit. These nifty plug-and-play marvels emit a soft-red glow when the ignition is on while the center row of bright LED lamps quickly kick in when the brakes or turn signals are engaged. On top of a brighter rear end, these handsome sealed housings slide into the space between saddlebag and fender, fi lling that unsightly gap. Equipped with dark smoked lenses, the units are held in place with the saddlebag support hardware and an adhesive pad.
