CageWrx is proud to introduce its third roll cage design for the Polaris RZR XP 1000. Following the tremendous success of the Race Cage and Super Shorty, CageWrx is now offering the Baja Spec UTV roll cage. The com- pany's first "flat roof" design, the Baja Spec filled a gap for UTV racers and enthusiasts who prefer a flat roof profile on their UTVs. The Baja Spec is also the first UTV roll cage from CageWrx to come with 1.75-inch d i a m e t e r m a i n tubes and 1.5-inch diameter internal tubes, all 0.095-inch wall thickness, allowing this roll cage to meet stringent rule requirements set by SCORE International and Best in the Desert. While the Baja Spec is a perfect cage for racers looking for an affordable quality roll cage solution, it also has mass appeal to the UTV market looking for a non-radius roofline design. The Baja Spec roll cage for the Polaris RZR is available as a knock- down or do-it-yourself kit and as a fully assembled roll cage includ- ing roof. CageWrx offers global shipping for both options. Like all CageWrx roll cages, the Baja Spec is designed for safety and strength. High quality material, engi- neered CAD models and precision machinery all work in harmony to produce the Baja Spec UTV roll cage. Speaker Corpora- tion, a leading U.S.-based lighting firm specializing in innovative LED solu- tions for OEMs and the aftermarket, has expanded its series of off-road LED lighting to include a new 14-inch LED light bar, the Model TS1000. " T h e n e w M o d e l TS1000 light bar is the perfect addition to our off-road series, offering a bright, white light out- put built for the rugged terrain," said Michael Stoeckel, director of After- market Sales for J.W. Speaker. The Model TS1000 is a high-powered, LED light bar designed specifically for off-road use and UTVs. It features a weatherproof, ther- mally conductive plastic housing and state- of-the-art LEDs that are resistant to shock and vibration. The Model TS1000 light bar is avail- able in four different beam patterns, including flood, wide flood, pencil beam and high beam, catering to a variety of off-road activities and visibility requirements. The Model TS1000 also offers a compact, lightweight design that doesn't impact vehicle dynamics, ideal for use on smaller vehicles such as UTVs. Additional mounting brackets are available in single- or double-stack kits. J.W. Speaker exhibited at the Sand Sports Super Show and had samples of this new line of off- road LED light bars on display. J.W. Speaker displayed the new TS1000 LED light bar installed on its custom J.W. Speaker Polaris RZR Sport. "We appreciate our off-road customers and could not be more excited to give them a qual- ity LED light bar, offering enhanced visibility with rugged durability as the days start to get shorter this Fall," said Jason Speaker, Off-Road Market sales manager for J.W. Speaker. PSB J.W. Speaker launches off-road LED light bar Paint protection film manufacturer XPEL Tech- nologies Corp. introduced its XPEL ULTI- MATE pre-cut Off-Road Lighting Protection kits at the International Off-Road & UTV Expo, which took place at WestWorld in Scott- sdale, Ariz., Sept. 23-25. XPEL offers pre-cut ULTIMATE paint pro- tection film kits for UTV headlights and LED light bars for the 2014-17 Polaris RZR XP 1000. The company will soon be expanding its line to include film coverage for UTV body parts, headlight and light bar kits for the Yamaha YXR 1000R, Can-Am Maverick 1000R as well as other popular UTV models. These products will be sold exclusively via the company's web- site at www.xpel.com. Dewey Aguilera, XPEL's southwest U.S. account manager, who tested the product at Glamis and other off-road events, is a profes- sional racer that has participated in the SCORE Baja 500, SCORE Baja 1000 and Mickey Thompson Off-Road Racing Series. Aguilera formed the Ultimate Sandcar Challenge and was also the first promoter to race UTVs in stadium events. He was on hand at the expo to share with attendees his personal experiences using the product. Developed to resist the rigorous abuse sus- tained in the off-road environment, XPEL's new Off-Road Light Protection kits provide a superior protective barrier for UTV lighting that is exposed to the most extreme elements. The virtually invisible 8.5ml urethane film uses a clear coat and special elastomeric polymers that "self-heal" over time to naturally eliminate swirl marks and fine scratches, while offering a much easier-to-clean surface. The film's low surface energy enables it to resist cracking and fading, while buffering punishment from gravel, rocks, insects and bird waste found in extreme environments. "We applied our XPEL ULTIMATE film over a colorful wrap to protect the brand- ing on my Polaris RZR 1000 XP body parts," explained Aguilera. "Next, we contacted Vision X, which outfitted us with all their latest LED lights, including their new RZR headlights, to test our XPEL Paint Protection Film. We had great results from the testing, including zero light output loss." PSB XPEL reveals lighting protection kits The Model TS1000 is a 14-inch LED light bar from J.W. Speaker. The Baja Spec roll cage from CageWrx fits the Polaris RZR XP 1000. XPEL Technologies has launched its lighting protection kits.
