VP RACING FUELS APPOINTS GARY JAIMAN AS BRAND MANAGER VP Racing Fuels, Inc., announced the appointment of Gary Jaiman as regional manager-Branded Wholesale Business Development to support its growing retail branding program. "The increasing number of C-store operators expressing interest in our program required additional resources to meet the demand, and we're fortunate to be able to bring someone with Gary's experience on board," said Alan Cerwick, president of VP Racing Fuels. "With 11-plus years in the oil business and substantial experience in sales and marketing, we anticipate he'll be a real asset for us." Jaiman started his career in the oil industry with Shell Oil Company in a district manager role in Phoenix. That was followed by district manager positions with ConocoPhillips in Chicago and Southern California, as well as a tour in Dallas/Ft. Worth as a wholesale brand- ing manager. Most recently, Jaiman worked for Red Bull as a key account manager focus- ing on sales and marketing with independent convenient store chain owners. As a motorcycle enthusiast and frequent track day rider, Jaiman has been a long- time customer of VP Racing Fuels. "I was very familiar with VP and its reputation for quality and superior performance. When presented with this opportunity, it appeared to be a nice fit that combined my experi- ence in wholesale brand development and management, sales and marketing, as well as my enthusiasm for motorsports and the VP brand. I enjoyed the nonconformist approach at Red Bull, and VP has the same inclination toward 'out-of-the-box' creative solutions.
