Merchants Metals becomes the 16th platform company for Atlas, which operates a diversified group of manufacturing, distribution, service and trading businesses across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Matuszak also served in various leadership roles at Wood Resources LLC, a former Atlas com- pany, for nearly a decade.
