Paul handed longtime Honda owner Harry Adler the key to a 2015 Honda CB300F. The motorcycle is the 55th Honda that Adler, 84, has owned. Over the years, Adler has owned a wide vari- ety of Honda models, including a Helix scooter, Grom, CRF230M, CBR250R, VT600CD, VTX1300 and VTX1800C. Forty-eight of his motorcycles were purchased from Horner Honda, 38 through Honda Financial Services. Including his new CB300F, Adler currently owns eight Honda motorcycles, as well as two Honda generators. "Over the years, my No. 1 form of recre- ation has been motorcycle riding, and based on my experience, Honda is the best," said Adler, who has ridden motorcycles since 1963. "They make a great product, and the people that represent the company are won- derful. The dealers that I've been in contact with over the years have always been very responsive and taken really good care of me, especially Horner Honda, which I've used for the last 20 years. The CB300F was sort of the one bike that I was missing in my portfolio, and this gift was quite a surprise. I look for- ward to riding the bike." "It's rare that a company gets the chance to honor an outstanding customer like Harry Adler, who's shown unsurpassed loyalty," Paul said. "We're thrilled to be able to recognize Harry's longstanding commitment to both the Honda brand and Honda Financial Services. It's truly a pleasure for us to be able to present Harry with his 55th motorcycle, a new Honda CB300F. We hope his new bike brings him years of riding pleasure and adds to the enjoy- ment Honda products have already given him over the years. We love having Harry as part of the Honda family." His role is to help increase business for Dealership Performance CRM and also to increase the company's exposure to the OEM space in the recreational dealership industry. Kilgore's immediate initiative is a large-scale push for a better understanding of the powerful suite of tools Dealership Performance CRM has created for dealers. Some of these tools include an easily accessible and user-friendly dash- board with direct access to leads, appointments and performance statistics; complete lead tracking and visual chart reporting; automated events and customized follow-up reminders. "These tools specialize in creating a '360-degree' sales cycle," Kilgore said. "It not only creates deals now, but also encourages customers to continue visiting the dealership, purchasing in other departments, and ulti- mately drives them to trade in." The company's new GM also aims to bring a stronger adaption of the Business Development Center and the Customer Service Index process to dealers via the "360" sales system. "Dealers no longer need to outsource their business development services. They now have an add-on tool to use that integrates with our '360' CRM system," Kilgore explains. This includes a tool that gives dealers real-time capa- bilities to make same-day calls to hot prospects. "Recreational dealers now have full control over these valuable services," Kilgore says. Kilgore will be leading Dealership Perfor- mance CRM's OEM Partner Program as well as the data-back and CSI reporting programs for OEM partners. PSB CRM group fills GM role with Kilgore
